Joe Trabaccone

Originally from Philadelphia, Joe earned a B.S. degree from Connecticut State University and then attended Temple University Real Estate Institute before becoming a realtor in 1976.
 
Working in the Art Museum area of Philadelphia, Joe gained a great deal of experience in building and renovation, including historic renovation. As an owner of numerous successful rehabilitation projects, he developed a sense of style, but also an appreciation for the practical aspects of remodeling and development and the skills necessary to achieve financial success.
 
In 1997, Joe and his wife Marilyn moved to Park City with their three golden retrievers where he continued building and selling luxury real estate. His success in creating some of Park City’s most beautiful single family homes and marketing fine properties for his clients has earned the respect of the real estate community and the loyalty of his many clients.
 
As an avid skier, golfer and tennis player, Joe has an exceptional knowledge of Park City’s luxury lifestyle communities, but he is active in all areas of Park City real estate.

Whitney Olch

Whitney was born and raised in Park City. After graduating from Rowland Hall in Salt Lake City, she attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she graduated with a BA in Art History.

After doing public relations work in Los Angeles following graduation, Whitney returned to Park City where she began her real estate career in 2004. In addition to her success in real estate sales, she has worked with luxury builders on her own projects and on behalf of her clients. Whitney has an extensive knowledge of area golf course communities especially Tuhaye and the Talisker Club.

Whitney is very active in the Park City community and is a member of Leadership Park City – class XV. She is a member of the Summit County Sheriff’s Citizen Advisory Board, the Park City Board of Realtors International Committee and is a volunteer tutor in the after school program at McPolin Elementary School.

Whitney is an active skier, golfer, hiker and enjoys road and mountain biking. Other interests include travel and yoga.

Marilyn Trabaccone

Originally from Stratford, New Jersey, Marilyn attended Temple University where she majored in real estate.

In 1985 she joined the law firm of Rubin, Shapiro, and Orlow in Philadelphia where she specialized in historic renovations. In 1991 she joined PNC Bank where she worked in the legal department.
 
In 1997 Marilyn and her husband Joe moved to Park City and after working in administrative positions with the Canyons and a local real estate brokerage, she became a full time Realtor in 2002 and currently works with her husband Joe at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.

Marilyn enjoys scuba diving, tennis and her three beautiful Golden Retrievers.
